I don’t have metering data in the Elering customer portal.
I don’t have metering data in the Elering customer portal.
Metering data is transmitted to Elering by the network operator. If this data has not been sent to Elering, the customer portal cannot show it. The network operator must transmit the previous day’s data by 10 a.m.
If you do not have the data, please contact your network service provider (the largest of them is Elektrilevi).
Do I have to resubmit the application for the tolerance fee if the data has not changed during the year?
Do I have to resubmit the application for the tolerance fee if the data has not changed during the year?
No, you do not. If the data has not changed during the period, the tolerance fee is paid automatically.
The fee will also be paid in subsequent years based on the submitted application, which means that it is not necessary to submit a new application every year. If the circumstances on which the fee is based change (for example, the profit yielding land in the protection zone of a technical infrastructure is used for its intended purpose, the size of the share of co-ownership changes, the data necessary for paying the fee changes – name, bank account details, etc.), the owner of the immovable property is obligated to submit a new application to Elering with the relevant data.

Why is the exchange price of electricity so expensive?
Why is the exchange price of electricity so expensive?
The price on the electricity exchange is determined based on supply and demand. The price may be high due to several factors, such as weather conditions, availability of generating capacity, fuel prices, electricity import options, and demand growth.
Elering does not set electricity prices in Estonia. The electricity price is determined on the Nord Pool electricity exchange, where the price depends on the supply and demand ratio. Elering, as the system operator, ensures electricity transmission and system stability, but does not participate in setting electricity prices or trade in electricity.
