Procedure for conducting procurements and auctions

The procedure for conducting Elering’s procurements and auctions describes the activities in planning, preparing for, conducting Elering's procurements, preparing for and entering into a procurement contract, and organising auctions for the transfer of unnecessary assets in procurements and auctions that commenced from 1 September 2017.

The procedure is implemented in conjunction with the Public Procurement Act and all other relevant legislation.
