Our management culture focuses on discussions between the direct manager and the employee where an important topic is the employee’s opportunities for self-fulfilment and development. We conduct an annual commitment and satisfaction survey, which supports maintaining and developing the organisation’s strengths. We have a long tradition of cooperation and joint activities to develop and maintain a unified company and team spirit. This is how new and experienced, younger and older staff at Elering with different tasks find a common ground, exchange experiences and learn from each other.

Modern workplaces with spacious, bright spaces and a good indoor climate have been created for all office workers. We are constantly working to improve the working environment, collecting ideas and needs on an ongoing basis.
