Elering would like to receive feedback from market participants regarding the standard terms and conditions, and standard products for frequency restoration reserves.

Please submit your feedback on the documents below using the attached form by December 11th to the email address: reservid@elering.ee.

Proposed amendments have been made to the standard terms and conditions for manually activated reserves (mFRR) and the description of the standard product, in relation to updates in market surveillance and confidentiality principles. The changes are marked in the document. Additionally, we would like to receive feedback on the new standard terms and conditions for automatically activated frequency restoration reserves (aFRR) in connection with the integration of the PICASSO platform and the creation of processes for automatically activated reserves.
