Public Consultation on Amendments to the Estonian-Latvian Common Regulations for the Use of Natural Gas Transmission System on BC capacity allocation

The purpose of this consultation, developed by the TSOs and coordinated with the Finnish gas transmission system operator Gasgrid Finland Oy, is to inform and gather public opinion on the second amendment package concerning proposed draft changes to the BC capacity allocation principles.
