Public consultation on the impact analysis of the planned strategic reserve in neighboring countries
According to regulation 2019/943 of the European Commission and Parliament, Elering is obliged to assess the impact of the measure on neighboring countries and their market participants as part of the strategic reserve process. Consequently, on November 29, Elering sent an impact analysis to energy market regulators and ministries in Latvia, Lithuania and Finland, with a request to publicly consult with market participants in their country.
