Elering To Become Sole Owner of Gas Transmission Network

In the general meeting of shareholders of AS Võrguteenus Valdus, the lead company of Estonian gas transmission operator Eesti Gaas AS, mandatory takeover of the remaining portion of shares held by minority shareholders was confirmed on 3rd of Nov.

Elering is currently holding 99,14 percent of AS Võrguteenus Valdus. Share of small shareholders is 0,86 percent.

During the mandatory takeover, Elering is buying A shares of Võrguteenus Valdus with price 54,1 and B shares with price 0,541 euros by share. This is exactly the same price with what Elering has acquired shares of Võrguteenus Valdus in previous transactions.

The mandatory takeover of minority shares will presumably happen in december this year.
