Elering ensures the operational reliability of the Estonian power system.

  Elering is the only company in Estonia that provides an electricity transmission service as a Transmission System Operator or TSO. Elering is responsible for the whole of the Estonian electricity system, and for ensuring that at all times there is a proper supply of electricity to customers. To achieve this, Elering maintains and develops the national transmission grid and international connections so as to ensure that customers have high quality, effective, and efficient electricity transmission. The Estonian electricity system contains power plants, transmission networks and electricity customers.
